• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition, including all original packaging, labels, and documentation.

• Custom or special-order items, non-stock parts, and clearance products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@baghouse.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• After approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

• Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
