Turbo Economizer Series E2T Timer Board

The Turbo E2T Series Economizer is an upgraded version of the E1T baghouse timer board. This model includes ‘Clean on Demand’ function for more automated and efficient control of your filters. The differential pressure is monitored by an internal pressure module to monitor filter obstruction and dust cake, and only activates the pulse cleaning function when the differential pressure reaches a set limit, resulting in significant energy savings compared to a standard timer board. In other words, your filter cleaning system only activates when it needs to, instead of wasting energy and compressed air on a standard time setting.

The E2T series has 2 output relay contacts and 2 digital input contacts, and up to 56 outputs to match your quantity of pulse valves. A large, bright display is provided for reading the differential pressure, the active solenoid valves and any active alarms. The innovative software managed by a powerful microprocessor makes the device easy to use and program by anyone. No special skills needed.

Optional Features:

• Integrated remote pilot solenoids (SRMs) for remote control of pulse valves. This replaces the need for a separate solenoid box.
• NEMA 4 metal enclosure (standard is an ABS enclosure)
• Select your output quantity to match the number of pulse valves to be controlled.
