For more than two decades, Dominick Dal Santo has dedicated his career to helping industrial facilities improve their dust collection systems through education, engineering support, and practical troubleshooting. As Sales Director at Baghouse.com, he works closely with plant managers, maintenance teams, engineers, and EHS professionals to design safer, more reliable, and more efficient dust collection solutions across a wide range of industries.

In his spare time, DalSanto writes about travel and life abroad for various travel sites and blogs. Born in San Bernardino County, California, and raised in Chicago, he currently resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Industry Experience

What first drew Dominick to the field was the opportunity to make a meaningful environmental impact.

“Every properly operating dust collector represents cleaner air for the people inside the plant and for the communities outside it. What we do has a huge positive impact on the environment. That’s something worth dedicating a career to.”

Throughout his career, Dominick has been involved in hundreds of dust collection projects ranging from new system design and major retrofits to inspections, troubleshooting, operator training, and long-term maintenance planning. He has collaborated with projects for companies such as The Wonderful Company, Superior Aluminum, USG (including multi-plant improvement projects across eight facilities), Gibson Guitar Company, Constellium, Republic Services, and many other manufacturers throughout North America.

Outside of work, he enjoys travel, writing, photography, experiencing different cultures, and living abroad. He also serves as a full-time volunteer educator for an international non-profit organization, where he has received extensive training in teaching and public speaking, while also contributing to construction, maintenance, and translation projects.
