En ese momento, la humedad suspendida en el aire se condensa y se convierte en agua l\u00edquida.<\/strong><\/p><p>Esto suele ocurrir durante el arranque y el paro del equipo, en climas fr\u00edos, durante el enfriamiento nocturno, con los cambios estacionales de temperatura o cada vez que entra aire exterior al sistema de manera inesperada.<\/p><p>Muchas instalaciones piensan \u00fanicamente en la humedad relativa, pero los problemas de condensaci\u00f3n normalmente comienzan con la temperatura. El aire caliente del proceso puede contener una gran cantidad de vapor de agua sin causar ning\u00fan problema. Esto reduce el flujo de aire, incrementa la presi\u00f3n diferencial, acorta la vida \u00fatil de los filtros y, con frecuencia, provoca obstrucciones en la tolva, corrosi\u00f3n y costosos trabajos de mantenimiento.\n\nA medida que la humedad se mezcla con el polvo, forma una capa pegajosa que resulta cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de remover mediante el sistema de limpieza por pulsos. Con el tiempo, el medio filtrante pierde permeabilidad, la presi\u00f3n diferencial aumenta y el flujo de aire disminuye. diferente, pero durante las inspecciones frecuentemente encontramos las siguientes fuentes de humedad.<\/p><h3><strong>Fugas de aire<\/strong><\/h3><p>Una de las causas m\u00e1s comunes \u2014y a la vez m\u00e1s pasadas por alto\u2014 es la entrada de aire exterior a trav\u00e9s de burletes desgastados, puertas de acceso con fugas, juntas de expansi\u00f3n da\u00f1adas, soldaduras agrietadas o ductos deteriorados. Cada fuga permite que aire fr\u00edo y h\u00famedo ingrese al sistema. Cuando este aire se mezcla con los gases calientes del proceso, puede generarse condensaci\u00f3n dentro del colector. Incluso las fugas peque\u00f1as reducen el desempe\u00f1o del sistema, ya que el ventilador comienza a extraer aire por esas aberturas en lugar de captarlo desde el proceso, que es donde realmente debe recolectarse el polvo.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedes hacer?<\/strong> Inspecciona el colector en busca de puertas de acceso con fugas, burletes desgastados, juntas de expansi\u00f3n da\u00f1adas, tapas de inspecci\u00f3n flojas y ductos agrietados que permitan la entrada de aire fr\u00edo del exterior.\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Aire comprimido h\u00famedo<\/strong><\/h3><p><a href=\"https:\/\/baghouse.com\/es\/dry-and-clean-compressed-air-in-a-pulse-jet-industrial-dust-collector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Los colectores de limpieza por pulsos utilizan aire comprimido para limpiar los filtros.<\/strong><\/a> Si ese aire contiene humedad, cada pulso de limpieza estar\u00e1 introduciendo agua directamente sobre el lado limpio de los filtros.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedes hacer?<\/strong>\u00a0Inspecciona peri\u00f3dicamente los secadores de aire comprimido, separadores de humedad, v\u00e1lvulas de drenaje y filtros para asegurarte de que no se est\u00e9 introduciendo agua directamente sobre el lado limpio de los filtros. En algunos sistemas es recomendable instalar v\u00e1lvulas autom\u00e1ticas de purga o filtros en l\u00ednea que eliminen la humedad antes de que llegue a las v\u00e1lvulas de pulso.<\/p><h3><strong>El proceso<\/strong><\/h3><p>Secadores, enfriadores, procesos qu\u00edmicos, plantas de procesamiento de alimentos, instalaciones de biomasa, plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales, procesamiento de minerales y muchas aplicaciones en la industria del cemento incorporan vapor de agua a la corriente de gases del proceso.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedes hacer?<\/strong> A\u00edsla t\u00e9rmicamente los equipos cuando sea necesario. En climas fr\u00edos o en aplicaciones con alta humedad, aislar los ductos, las tolvas y las paredes del colector ayuda a reducir las diferencias de temperatura que favorecen la condensaci\u00f3n. En algunas aplicaciones tambi\u00e9n puede ser recomendable instalar calentadores para tolvas o sistemas de trazado t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5979c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a5979c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dew_point\">El punto de roc\u00edo es tu mejor referencia<\/a><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad8800b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ad8800b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Una de las reglas m\u00e1s sencillas en el dise\u00f1o de sistemas de control de polvo es mantener la temperatura del proceso por encima del punto de roc\u00edo.<\/p><p>Muchos ingenieros recomiendan mantener la temperatura de los gases aproximadamente <strong>15 \u00b0C (27 \u00b0F) por encima del punto de roc\u00edo<\/strong> siempre que sea posible, para evitar la condensaci\u00f3n durante la operaci\u00f3n normal.
