Visits from\u00a0a dust collector engineer provide far greater value than the usual\u00a0method whereby\u00a0companies merely send manufacture&#8217;s representative to pitch products.<\/p>\n<p>Upon request, a dust collector engineer will arrange to\u00a0visit the facility and conduct a condensed\u00a0version of a <a title=\"Inspecciones de sistemas\" href=\"https:\/\/baghouse.com\/es\/services\/dust-collection-system-audits\/\">standard dust collection\u00a0system audit<\/a>. They will visually inspect and review the plant&#8217;s dust collectors (if exceptionally large facility\u00a0, then only primary units), review operating conditions, maintenance procedures, and discuss overall system performance and issues with operators and maintenance personnel. After reviewing the data, the dust collector engineer will present a set of recommendations to improve system\u00a0efficiency, capacity,\u00a0and service life of filters, while also reducing maintenance, operating costs (e.g. electricity, compressed air usage, replaceable parts, etc.) and system downtime.
